The whole experience of this course was great.  Clear and easy instructions on the pre work videos prior to the (about an hour max) face to face session. Our Instructor Rosemary was very easy to understand and she was clear and precise in her instructions. • HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: Approx. 40 Minutes of online theory and theory assessment with a 20 minute face to face practical assessment with the trainer. — $60
• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (Includes CPR): Approx. 2 hours of online theory and theory assessment with a 1 hour face to face practical assessment with the trainer. — $110 (Senior First aid / Apply First Aid)
• HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (Includes CPR) : Approx. 2 hours of online theory and theory assessment with a 1 hour face to face practical assessment with the trainer. —$130 (Child Care First Aid course)
• Resuscitation Mask Training — $50 (Police officers – please email we will open a course at the same time as your first aid training)

Before booking a course please read our STUDENT AGREEMENT. It is a requirement for enrollment that students are aware of their rights and responsibilities whist completing a course with Simple Instruction. Training and Assessment Delivered on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909.

Simple Instruction ABN 30 641 139 648 – All booking cancellations or re-scheduling will incur a $40.00 fee. In cases where less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or re-schedule is provided, the full course fee may be charged (this also includes no shows). For instant mistake booking we will re-schedule or refund may be applied. We will not disclose customer personal information to any 3rd parties. In the rare event that Simple Instruction cancels the service due to no fault of the customer a full refund will be issued.
