White Card NSW

CPCCWHS1001 (NSW) Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (known as White Card).

A white card (or general construction induction card) is required for workers who want to carry out construction work.

Students who do not bring 100 points of ID on the day will not be accepted into the White Card course and will have to rebook and pay $40.

Description 

This unit of competency specifies the mandatory work health and safety training required prior to undertaking construction work. The unit requires the person to demonstrate personal awareness and knowledge of health and safety legislative requirements in order to work safely and prevent injury or harm to self and others. It covers identifying and orally reporting common construction hazards, understanding basic risk control measures, and identifying procedures for responding to potential incidents and emergencies. It also covers correctly selecting and fitting common personal protective equipment (PPE) used for construction work.

Accreditation

Accreditation is conducted under the auspices and in partnership with Allens Training PTY LTD a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) number 90909 and ABN 63 114 756 857.

Course Requirements

1. Make a payment via the online booking system.

2. Face to Face Training – completing 6 hours of face to face assessment. (30mins for Lunch and 30mins to check 100 point ID)

All students are required to provide 100 points of identification at the course. Students will also be required to complete an Evidence of Identify (EOI) form. 

At the bottom of this page, you can download the Evidence of Identity (EOI) Information Sheet which you can use to help you select the different types of identification you will be required to provide.

Cancellations / Re-scheduling / Refunds / Privacy

All booking cancellations or re-scheduling will incur a $40.00 fee. In cases where less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or re-schedule is provided, the full course fee may be charged (this also includes no shows). For instant mistake booking we will re-schedule or refund may be applied. We will not disclose customer personal information to any 3rd parties. Failure to bring appropriate ID will also result in a $40.00 rescheduling fee for White Card participants.
