Construction White Card NSW course is conducted at the Dee Why RSL on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. The CPCCWHS1001 (NSW) Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (known as White Card) or general construction induction card is needed for anyone who works on a construction site for WHS Worksafe standards.

You can complete all your white card NSW information online before attending the 6 hours course that is conducted under the auspices of Allens Training RTO 90909. The training course does have a 30min check of the 100 point ID required for WorkCover NSW and WorkSafe NSW with a 30min lunch break with various food options at the Dee Why RSL.

We provide fast, efficent and easy to follow information that participants can follow in a simple manner. We DO NOT provide the White card NSW answers for participants and do not condone training companies that reward irresponsible safe work culture. The Provide Cardiopulmonary Resusciation CPR HLTAID001 is required to be updated annually to satisfy insurance and to make sure you are ready in the case of an emergency. The HLTAID001 Provide CPR training course is also a component of the HLTAID003 Provide First Aid course and can be completed at the Dee Why RSL on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

Woman in hospital after near-drowning at popular beach

A 38-year-old woman remains in a serious condition in hospital after being pulled unconscious from the water at a popular beach south of Adelaide.

The woman was swimming at Aldinga Beach when she ran into trouble at around 7.30pm yesterday.

A nearby swimmer noticed the woman struggling and dragged her from the water, with an off-duty paramedic then rushing to her aid.

“The poor young lady was like, face down in the water and obviously a whole lot of people saw her and got to her aid and pulled her back onto the beach and it was looking pretty grim,” one witness said.

“He went down and just started working on her and the response from the emergency services was just fantastic.”

The paramedic performed CPR until ambulance crews arrived, with the woman then airlifted to the Flinders Medical Centre.

The woman is in a serious but stable condition in hospital. (9news)

The incident comes just a week after Nepalese nursing student Nischal Ghimire drowned at Glenelg North.
