Our new online first aid and CPR training courses are conducted at F45 Dee Why due to the Dee Why RSL being closed under the COVID-19 social distancing rules. The new online courses offer ease of access for participants completing the course with quick, simple and easy assessment guidelines.
First aid takes only 30mins of face to face practical training and CPR takes 15mins of face to face practical training. The course is accredited and is an easy way to keep your skills up to date and yourself employable.
All courses are now conducted with a maximum of 2 participants with strict social distancing (4m2/person) and strict hygiene measures in place. Strictly no touching of the other participants or instructor.
Enhanced Online Learning First Aid Courses
- HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: Approx. 2 hours of online theory and theory assessment with a 15 minute face to face practical assessment with the trainer. — $65
- HLTAID003 Provide First Aid: Approx. 5.5 hours of online theory and theory assessment with a 20 minute face to face practical assessment with the trainer. — $130
- HLTAID004 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting: Approx. 6.5 hours of online theory and theory assessment with a 30 minute face to face practical assessment with the trainer. —$145
